Beyonce and More Launch Girls Campaign
Influential women unite for national movement to empower vulnerable girls
Fuel is thrilled to welcome Beyonce Knowles, Mary J Blige, Sinead O’Connor, Halle Berry, Demi Moore, and other great women to the Girls Are Not for Sale national advocacy campaign presented by GEMS: Girls Educational and Mentoring Services. GEMS, founded by survivor and leading child advocate Rachel Lloyd, is the nation’s largest non-profit organization serving American girls trafficked into the sex industry.
First up for the campaign – the July 7th debut of GEMS’ critically acclaimed Showtime film “Very Young Girls” on Netflix. Read about how the film inspired Beyonce Knowles’ to join the GEMS campaign. Then watch it for yourself.
